STATE OF ORGANIZATION

The directors are very excited for the future of the organization. SNHC had a very good fiscal year 2016 and we project an even better 2017. The chapter has seen significant growth over the last two years bolstered by two very successful recruitment classes of 15+ new members in 2015 and 2016.

PURCHASING A HOME/FINDING A NEW LEASE

Sigma Nu's lease will not be renewed after Spring 2018. This news was unexpected and only gives us a little over a year to prepare for a move or purchase. SNHC will be planning meetings with members of the MIT community in early 2017 to determine what financing options are available. SNHC will also be meeting with member of MCB to discuss a potential purchase of the existing house.
