The MIT Chapter of Sigma Nu is renting out rooms to students in the Boston/Cambridge area. This is a great low-cost deal for students who will be in or around Boston.

Our historic and expansive house located at 28 The Fenway, Boston, MA is a wonder to behold. Centered around an elegant spiral staircase that extends from our foyer to the 4th floor, our house hosts over 14 bedrooms. Originally inteded as a wedding present from the governor of Massachusetts to his daughter, then as a boarding school, 28 The Fenway still boasts many stunning inlays from its time.

Our rooms are fully furnished, and we offer a full kitchen, widescreen TV, pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and much more! We also offer free wireless internet access, access to laundry machine and dryer, bike storage, and a piano.
